1 · Name the problem
Pantry, closet, ADHD systems, downsizing, garage, whole-home reset. The better the scope, the better the call.
2 · Check fit
Look for specialties, neighborhoods served, virtual vs. in-person work, and whether the tone feels respectful rather than performative.
3 · Ask directly
Rates, minimum hours, product markup, donation handling, pet/kid tolerance, and what happens if the system falls apart in week three.
