How we're paid: when we match you with a professional organizer and you book a consultation, that organizer pays us $30 for the introduction. Once. Flat. That's the entire business model.

What it costs you: nothing. Zero. You never pay Baltimore Organize a dime. Your consultation and your project are between you and your organizer, at whatever rates you agree on directly.

Why $30 and not a commission? Some referral services take a percentage of your project — which quietly inflates what you're charged, because the organizer has to build the referral fee into their bid. We'd rather keep our incentive tiny and flat: $30 buys the introduction and nothing else. Your organizer's success with you is decided by their work, not by how big a check they wrote us.

Why it stays small: a $30 flat fee means we can't afford to blast your details to twelve companies and hope one lands — spam doesn't pencil out at thirty bucks. So we don't. Your project goes to one matched organizer, hand-picked for your space, your area, and your situation. Your information is never sold, never added to a list, never resold as a "lead."

How organizers get on our panel: slowly, on purpose. We verify insurance and references before anyone is listed, and we'd rather have three organizers we're sure of than thirty we're not. If a panel member consistently gets bad feedback, they come off the panel. The $30 does not buy immunity; there is no dollar amount that buys immunity.

What we ask of you: honesty. If the match isn't right, tell us and we'll rematch you, free of anything — because there's no fee structure to unwind. That's the quiet advantage of flat and small: we can afford to be on your side.
